ArcGen was founded in 2025. The people behind it have spent more than a decade making content: thousands of videos, real audiences, real production constraints, long before generative tools existed.
That order matters. We learned why someone clicks, where attention dies, how a title and a thumbnail work as a pair, what earns a second view. AI changed what is possible to produce. It did not change what is worth watching.
So we direct rather than generate. Character consistency, art direction, intentional motion: the parts that separate a finished film from a prompt result. Every cut that ships has a human decision behind it.
Based in Pune, working globally. A tight core team plus a circle of trusted collaborators in direction, motion, and production. We work in long collaborations rather than one-off handoffs.
